Apache's Existing Offshore Production Facilities
Currently, Apache has employees at two offshore sites; the Varanus Hub and the Stag Central Processing Facility (CPF). Both sites are off the coast of Karratha, on the North West Shelf. The roles are fly-in/fly-out (i.e., employees work a 2 week on and 2 week off cycle, 12 hours per day). Access to site is by plane from Perth Airport and then by helicopter from Barrow Island for the Varanus Hub or from Karratha for Stag.
